Do you charge for consultations?

No. Initial consultations are always free. We’ll learn about your salon, discuss your challenges, and explain how we might be able to help — with no obligation.

Do you only work with salons in Massachusetts?

No, we work with salons nationwide. While our office is in Massachusetts, we provide remote consulting, virtual training, and phone/video support to salons across the entire United States.

What software systems do you recommend?

We’re vendor-neutral, which means we don’t push any particular software. Our recommendations are based entirely on your salon’s specific needs, workflow, and budget. We stay current on all major salon software platforms.

How long does implementation typically take?

It depends on the complexity of your operation and the amount of data being migrated. A simple single-location setup might take 1-2 weeks. Multi-location implementations with extensive data migration can take 4-8 weeks. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during our consultation.

Can you help if we're already using software but unhappy with it?

Absolutely. Sometimes the problem is the software itself, and sometimes it’s how the software is configured or used. We can help you evaluate whether you need a new system or just need to better utilize what you have.
